In 2010, there were 25 documented cases of human slavery in Fresno. The purpose of the Expert Panel is to provide education, awareness and resources to combat this crime.
Panel experts include Sergeant Curt Chastain (Fresno Police Department - Human Trafficking Task Force), Kathy McIlhargey (The Central Valley Justice Coalition), Natischa Shaver (Faith Hope and Love), and representatives from Children’s Hope Chest, a global orphan advocacy group with whom The Bridge is partnering.
The forum will include questions from the audience.
